The quotation form collects your name, email address, requested service, preferred contact method, and project description. Business name, phone number, and budget are optional.

We also record the submission date, language, request ID, internal status, and acknowledgment that you read this policy.

2. Use of Information

We use quotation form information to receive, review, and respond to your request.

3. Storage and Access

Requests are stored in a private Google Sheet. Access is limited to the authorized owner account and the BoriConnect service account that processes the form.

4. Retention and Deletion

We retain requests for up to 12 months. We review and delete records manually. To request deletion sooner, email contact@digisitespr.com.
